CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

If you need to cancel an order, please let me know within 48 hours of ordering.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER ?

 

All orders are regarded as final. However, if you have a problem please contact me as soon is possible.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED

 

Do not accept damaged items. Contact me right away and try to take photos of any damage to your package upon delivery. Please include the name and number of your order.

Products & Packaging

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT ?

 

I may restock popular items in the future but only for the ornaments ( All the puppets are UNIQUE so I don't reproduce these items).  You could also ask for a return in stock for these items.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS ?

 

These items are products that aren't in stock for the moment. I could not have the time to restock all my products in the  same moment because all the puppets, sculptures and ornaments are handmade. So the pre-order items are the products I made in priority to send it to you as soon as possible.  The shipping time could be longer than usual.

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT SHOP UPDATE ?

I announce the new arrival or the restock on my Instagram and my Facebook page.

WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE ?

The items are send in protective, environmentally friendly packaging with cardboard backing for the prints and bubble wrap for the ornaments and sculptures. 

The puppets are send in wooden box with foam to protect the item.

The most of the time, I try to use recycle materials.

Shipping & Delivery

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

Yes but I will need you to contact me to check the cost. And being a small business, the country tax will be charged to you.

 

Internationals orders are made by Chronopost in Relay Point Delivery and Mondial relay in Standard Home Delivery.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY ?

 

I intend to ship in 3-5 business days. However, according to stock and/or during busy periods  this may be slightly longer. I would be very grateful for your patience.

Delivery times:

 

- Domestic orders in France take around 2-4 business days to arrive after shipping.

- EU Orders take around 6 business days to arrive after shipping.

WHEN DO PRE-ORDERS SHIP ?

 

You could see a note for shipment that  will appear on the item page and during checkout for the pre-orders. 

Then I will  notice you when the pre-order has been shipped.

Please note that I intend to group the items on one order for environnemental and economy reasons, but if you would like to receive non pre-order items sooner, please place a separate order.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Usually, tracked shipping is included in the shipping price. You can track it using the shipping number sent in the shipping confirmation email.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

 

Please allow 30 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive. If it does not arrive after this time, please contact me with the name and number of your order.

EU and UK customers: Please contact your customs office to check if your order is waiting for you there. If your order does not reach you it may be returned to me due to abandonment at customs or an incorrect address.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO YOU?

If any orders are returned to me:

- Customers can pay shipping again to have an order re-sent to them or,

- I can refund the order minus the original shipping cost & a 5% restocking fee.

 

FEES & TAXES

International shipping duties, taxes and fees may apply. Please be aware of your country’s fees and taxes before placing an order. I usually need your informations to ship the orders that include phone number, email...If this informations aren't share, it would not be possible to me to send your your order.
